At KidMin Collective, we are passionate about empowering the next generation of children's ministry leaders across Australia. Our vision is to unite faith and excellence in ministry, equipping leaders with the tools, training, and support they need to build thriving, impactful kids ministries.

Andy and Christie Kirk have three children, and they live on the Gold Coast, Australia. Andy is the Global Kids Ambassador for OneHope and also serves as the National Leader of Children’s Ministry for the ACC (Australian Christian Churches).

Andy has been innovating and changing the landscape of Family Ministry for the last 20 years. From leading locally in churches, overseeing Multi-site Ministries, and years of Mentoring and Consulting into churches, his experience and knowledge of Kids & Families Ministry is extensive. Both Andy and Christie are passionate about empowering and equipping people to live out all they were created to do by matching people’s potential with God possibilities.

Jason is a devoted husband, loving father, and passionate kids ministry champion. Alongside his talented wife, who serves as a music teacher, he's raising two energetic boys who share an infectious enthusiasm for gaming and sports.

In the realm of children's ministry, Jason specialises in creating memorable experiences that leave lasting impressions. Through his unique blend of creative storytelling, interactive activities, and meaningful dialogue, he ensures every child has the opportunity to encounter faith in ways that are engaging, relevant, and transformative.

Laura Douglas

Laura Douglas serves as Campus Pastor at Calvary Church on the Sunshine Coast alongside her husband, while also leading as Global Calvary Kids Director across all Calvary locations. She oversees ACCKids QLD/NT, working with children's pastors throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Laura's ministry focuses on coaching kids pastors, developing strong leaders, and helping families connect with their local church community. Her passion lies in ensuring children develop a meaningful relationship with Jesus, understand God's word, and find belonging in their church family.

Alice McInnes serves as the Executive Pastor at Futures Church Australia and as the State ACC Kids Director for South Australia. With 30 years of dedicated service in church and ministry, Alice brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of passion to her roles.
Alice lives her calling alongside her husband Rob and their two children (19 and 10).
Throughout her three decades of ministry, Alice has developed a profound passion for kids and families ministry. She believes deeply in the potential of every generation to contribute meaningfully to the church community. Alice is particularly gifted at helping people discover their unique gifts and callings, creating pathways for them to be activated within the church.

Dave Wakerley

David is a Kids Pastor and Creative Director of Hillsong Kids and has been part of the team at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia for over 24 years. He is passionate about children, the generations and leadership that makes a difference. He is the creator of the exciting ‘BIG’ Children’s Ministry curriculum and both Dave and his wife Beci are a key part of the creative teams that produce Hillsong Kids Praise and Worship albums. Dave and Beci have three children: Brooklyn, Orlando, and London.

Esther Witbreuk is the Global Kids Pastor at Planetshakers Church overseeing campuses locally and around the world, she has done so for over 15 years. She has a desire to see every child reached and empowered by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and live out their potential filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Esther has a heart for families of children with special needs and with the team pioneered a ministry to ensure that every family can be a part of, thrive and belong at church. Esther and the team reach thousands of families weekly through the local church, online materials and events.Esther, her husband Joshua and three young children are based in Melbourne, Australia.
